Christian, Veterinary Technician

Christian is a recent graduate of the Colorado Academy of Veterinary Technology with an Associate of Science in Veterinary Technology. She was born in South Carolina, but was raised right here in Colorado Springs, CO. She has been an animal lover all her life, and decided to become a Veterinarian at 6 years old; however, as she grew up, she realized that her real dream was to become a veterinary technician. She started out in shelter medicine in South Carolina, and soon began attending CAVT in 2015. Her current pets include a Catahoula Leopard Dog/Aussie mix named "Kylo," and two cats: "Cami," a diluted Calico, and "Saphira," a main coon mix. She enjoys making art, creating things, and woodworking in her free time. With a passion for learning and an even greater passion for animals, she hopes to learn as much as she can in order to better serve our furry friends.
