Richele McKenney

Richele is a registered veterinary technician with a passion for animal care and for developing the next generation of professionals in the field. She graduated from Belrea Institute of Animal Technology in 2016 and spent six years in general practice, where she gained hands-on experience caring for a wide variety of patients and supporting both pets and their families.

In 2022, she moved into education as an instructor at PIMA Medical Institute, where she brought real-world clinical experience into the classroom and helped students build the skills and confidence they need to succeed.

Richele has now joined Blackforest as Hospital Manager, combining her clinical background, teaching experience, and leadership skills to support both the care team and the patients they serve.

Outside of work, you’ll find her at home with my two cats and my dog, who keep life fun and remind me why I chose this career in the first place.
